Delete your BinderDex account
You can request deletion of your account and associated BinderDex data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
If you can sign in, open BinderDex and go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, collection, watchlist, scan history, and other account data controlled by BinderDex.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your BinderDex account and ask us to delete your account and associated data.

What we delete
Deletion covers account profile data, collection and portfolio records, watchlist items, alerts and notifications, scan history, and account-linked preferences controlled by BinderDex.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. Backups and logs may take additional time to expire from our systems.
Subscriptions
Deleting your BinderDex account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used to purchase them.
