By accessing or using BinderDex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BinderDex.

BinderDex helps collectors browse trading card data, track collections, create watchlists, review price history, organize binder ideas, and use scan or grading estimate workflows.

Pricing, portfolio, market, and grading estimate features are informational. BinderDex is not a marketplace, broker, grader, financial adviser, or guarantee of value.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.

Optional paid features may be offered through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider. Store subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, refunds, and billing controls are managed by the store account or payment provider used to purchase.

Card prices can vary by condition, printing, grade, marketplace, liquidity, and recent sales volume. BinderDex data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or different from a future sale outcome.

Grading estimates are generated from visible evidence and are not official grades. They should be used as a checklist and decision aid, not as a guarantee from any grading company.

You agree not to:

• Use BinderDex for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without permission.
• Interfere with service availability, rate limits, security, or infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, infringing content, or content you do not have rights to use.
• Scrape, harvest, resell, or bulk-export BinderDex data without written permission.

Card images, names, marks, and related trading card content belong to their respective owners. BinderDex does not claim ownership of third-party trading card intellectual property.

BinderDex software, design, product names, original content, and brand assets are owned by BinderDex or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

BinderDex is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or perfectly accurate service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BinderDex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the last updated date. Continued use of BinderDex after changes means you accept the revised terms.
